Projector Cleaning Service
We provide a Projector Cleaning Service aimed at extending the quality and life of your projectors: saving you money on bulb replacements. We have undertaken many projects in schools and are used to working within a tight time-frame and adhering to safe working practices.
Our projector cleaning program includes;
- Clean the projector filters
- Clean the Lens
- Re-square projected image to screen
- Re-focus image to screen
- Make a note of projector serial numbers for each machine in each classroom
- Check the remaining ‘lamp life’ of each bulb (where available in projector menu’s)
- Clean outer projector casing
Replacing projector bulbs is expensive and bulb failure can happen at any time. We can perform a projector cleaning service that will extend the life of your projector bulbs and keep them running at optimum performance.
Firstly, we will clean all the air filters in your projector. This will allow good air circulation in the projector giving the bulb optimum conditions to warm up and cool down
Cleaning the lens is important for a good image on the screen
We will also give the projector casing a clean to keep it looking as good as possible.
As an extra to the service, we can also re-square the projector to the board as many projectors over the years of use tend to move on their brackets and are no longer square to the projector screen on ‘Smart’ board. We can adjust the projector mount so that it is optimized for the screen.
Re-focusing the screen is a quick and simple way to improve the image quality, but it needs to be focused properly
Whilst we are performing the maintenance on the projector, we can also take a note of the model and serial number if it is accessible.
Some projectors give an indication to how much ‘life’ is left in a bulb. As part of the service, we can also check the remaining ‘life’ and make a note of this for you. This will give you a good indication of when bulbs are going to potentially fail and you can get a new bulb ordered and delivered ready for when the bulb expires.

Replacement Projectors, Bulbs, Active boards, Tablets, Pull down Screens, Cables, Amplifiers & Speakers can be ordered and will be quoted for separately.
Note;- If a projector bulb is on the verge of expiring and in the event of us performing the cleaning maintenance, the bulb expires we cannot be held responsible.
